A little while back I was talking with my mom and we were discussing my little "Lanny" I said to my mom that there was just something about that little kid... I couldn't put my finger on it but there was something about "Lanny" My mom didn't really even hesitate when she said, "She's your cherry on top, Cheryl" NAILED IT! "Lanny" IS the cherry on top. The finishing touch to our "BANANA" split ;) She is such a joy. It's been a busy, chaotic, hard, fun year and it can only get better from here. :) Enjoy these photos...

We celebrated my little sweety with a family party. Rainbow style. We were going to have the party at the park near our home but the weather was really iffy. The clouds were rolling in, the wind was picking up, the forecast was promising rain. So my mom graciously opened up her HUGE COVERED PATIO to us. We set up and partied and not one drop of rain fell (figures) "Lanny" knew it was all for her, she soaked up every "Happy Birthday" and cuddle she could get :) A few more photos....
